-Good photography is a must (proper lighting, fairly close up, a decent size image, simple background, etc.). The cake should be the main focus of the image. Even if the cake is beautiful, it’s hard to appreciate it if the quality of the photo is bad.
Secondly, the main focus of the cake (which should be, for the most part, the characters) should NOT be plastic or any sort of printed image. Occasionally these cakes will be posted but only if the rest of the cake is done really well. You can still submit them, just in case! Additionally, unless the quality is VERY good, I won’t typically post sheet cakes.
Ultimately, I will use my discretion when posting.
